Understanding the “Do’s and Don’ts” that govern our daily tasks and decision making processes are key components in successful case outcomes. This discussion will cover a variety of ethical dilemmas that defense Investigators routinely face during the course of everyday casework. Topics will include social media investigations, witness interactions, juror research and interviews, etc. Although there will be scenarios and case samples on hand to examine, attendees are encouraged to bring their own situational experiences and questions to the table.
