Good expert testimony is one of the critical hallmarks of the criminal defense practice. Cases rise and fall, and often hang in the balance on the utterances of an expert opinion. This session will explore methods of effectively choosing, vetting and working with defense experts, from the non-attorney team member perspective. We will also discuss the foundation, methods, and resources employed during Impeachment Investigations of government expert witnesses.
