This session examines theories and features of antisocial behavior displayed by case participants in the criminal justice setting.  These features are then embedded in the concepts of case specific source monitoring during interviewing, testing of alternative hypotheses, the specific use of evidence, confirmation bias, and primary issues vs. disambiguation.
