Writing a good story isn’t easy. But to ensure a proper understanding and appreciation, of our clients’ lives, there are core competencies: understanding mitigation, report writing, interviewing, understanding the importance of collateral information, testimony, and working as an agent and team member of defense counsel. Reports are core tools need to help the rest of the world understand the lives of our clients in a way that was never told before. The session will cover: Ways to develop a powerful story How to connect the dots for the reader Review material needed for powerful reports The importance of explaining the process, while humanizing your client through words
